NorthStar Memorial Group is hiring Staff Associates in North Miami Beach, FL!

As a Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly for the families we serve. You’ll help prepare spaces for services, support funeral directors, greet and guide families, return flowers and memorabilia, and answer questions with warmth and professionalism. It’s meaningful work, and every interaction truly matters. We’re looking forward to meeting you at the event. Position details:

• Part-time (under 30 hours per week)
• Schedule: 3–4 days a week, Sunday–Friday, based on business needs

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in customer service preferred
• Valid Drivers license
• Over the age of 18
• Professional appearance and ability to handle sensitive situations
