As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our supportive family, helping our team guide families with compassion and trust when it matters most. We celebrate the little things—personal touches, genuine care, and creating memorable experiences for the families we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Keep us organized by managing data, entering leads, and running reports in our CRM

• Jump in to help with materials like brochures, business cards, name badges, and training supplies

• Support our leadership team with thoughtful correspondence and daily administrative tasks

• Make sure our records stay up to date, including monthly hierarchies

• Help coordinate and energize our sales team during call nights

• Be a welcoming point of contact for families, vendors, and our broader community

• Organize memorable events, luncheons, meetings, and conferences that bring people together

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience supporting sales or administrative teams (funeral profession experience is a plus, but not required)

• Good with Microsoft Office—bonus points if you know Adobe Photoshop

• A communicator at heart, organized and ready to juggle several priorities with care

• Someone who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
