What You’ll Do

• Community Engagement: Build relationships and educate families on pre-need planning.

• Appointment Setting & Presentations: Schedule appointments and deliver impactful pre-planning presentations.

• Contract Management: Complete contracts accurately using Navigator, our proprietary software.

• Sales Tracking & Performance: Monitor activities and metrics to maximize your results.

• Professional Follow-Up: Utilize Velocify to manage contacts and ensure timely outreach.

• Lead Generation: Prospect using cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events.

• Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude.

• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about veterans’ benefits, Social Security, and end-of-life planning.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred:

• 2+ years of direct or in-home sales experience

• 2+ years of public speaking and presentation experience

Required:

• High energy, enthusiasm, and positivity

• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• High emotional intelligence

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Skilled in consultative selling and trust-building

• Effective group presentation abilities

• Strong relationship-building skills within the community

• Basic math skills

• Confidence and compassion in challenging situations

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and satisfactory driving record
