Managing Partner, Operations

Department: COTC Memorial Park, Hayward Maint
Location: Hayward, CA

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Managing Partner of Operations at Chapel of the Chimes Hayward. With a collaborative team structure, each Managing Partner has the chance to make a lasting impact, driving the entrepreneurial spirit that defines us and our teams.

Join a dynamic team at a large, thriving funeral home that handles over 1,000 interments and funerals each year. With a dedicated team of 75 professionals, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Direct and lead funeral home and cemetery operations
  • Drive growth and profitability by ensuring the location attains case volume and revenue goals
  • Lead and manage team employees through the embodiment of the company’s core values, mission and goals of the organization
  • Event planning such as holiday events, state memorial days, and visits to community places (Churches, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Community Centers

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the funeral and cemetery profession with an understanding of both sales and operations management
  • Business acumen and problem-solving/analysis experience
  • Leadership and management experience coaching, developing, and leading a team
  • Ability to obtain Cemetery Manager and Cemetery Broker Licenses in California

Compensation

  • Base Salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year
  • Lucrative Quarterly Bonus Potential
