Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Provide pricing to client families when necessary and schedule appointments
• Management of the service/appointment calendar
• Walking families through the next steps after a passing has occurred
• Answering the call from a client family is important, so you must be at work when required

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, internet)

Salary Range:$15-16.50/hr.
