Funeral Home Manager

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Funeral Home Manager to oversee operations at our two premier South Florida locations, Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, FL.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of funeral home operations
  • Build, coach, and inspire a service-focused team committed to excellence
  • Drive business performance by achieving case volume, revenue, and profitability goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, accountable culture
  • Cultivate relationships within the community through outreach, networking, and educational events
  • Represent Beth Israel Memorial Chapel at community, religious, and professional functions
  • Plan and support memorial events, holiday remembrance programs, and other family-centered initiatives
  • Ensure exceptional service experiences that consistently exceed family expectations
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and standards

What You Bring

  • Current Funeral Director License in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity
  • 5+ years of funeral service experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in the funeral profession
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage operational performance
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on service excellence and community engagement
  • A passion for helping families and developing people
