What You’ll Do
As a Family Service Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to helping families plan meaningful memorial experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Family Service Advisors
- Leading daily team meetings to review performance and provide development feedback
- Ensuring consistent prospecting and presentation activity across your team
- Observing and refining sales presentations to ensure excellence in service
- Tracking leads, referrals, closing ratios, and follow-up outcomes
- Reporting daily to the Sales Manager with updates and strategic input
What You Bring
- 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of closing
- 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Additional Requirements

First-Year Projected Compensation: $75,000 – $175,000
