About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, licensed Salesperson to join our team at Sunset Memorial Park. As a Licensed Family Service Advisor, you will be responsible for generating pre-need sales for cemetery property, merchandise, services, and prearranged funerals and assisting at-need families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Actively build relationships in the community to educate and guide families in their pre-planning decisions.
- Sales Excellence: Set appointments and deliver compelling pre-planning guides and product presentations.
- Professional Tours: Provide informative and engaging park tours of each location within your area.
- Administrative Precision: Complete paperwork in a timely, neat, and accurate manner, ensuring all contract processing requirements are met.
- Performance Tracking: Actively track all sales activity and ratios to measure areas of strength and improvement.
- CRM Management: CRM tracks all contacts and ensures professional follow-up.
- Customer Outreach: Contact new and existing customers to discuss how our products and services can meet their needs.
- Prospecting: Prospect daily using multiple methods, including cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and outside events.
- Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service with a positive attitude and a willingness to do “Whatever it takes.”
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Current Funeral Director License issued in Ohio
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the cemetery and funeral industry
