Role Overview: As the Risk Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our organization. You will work closely with field management to enhance site-based safety and compliance, manage our insurance portfolio, and develop strategies to ensure business continuity. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze relevant data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with field management to improve safety and compliance.
• Review and enhance risk management policies and protocols.
• Implement effective risk management solutions, including insurance and safety policies.
• Manage insurance coverage and claims.
• Prepare and oversee the risk management budget.
• Evaluate facilities and rolling stock, ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are in place.
• Develop and deliver training programs to minimize risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, CFO, HR, and field management teams.
• Present risk reports and proposals to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a risk management role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a multi-site service organization is a plus.

Travel: This position requires 50% travel, including overnight stays.
