We are currently seeking a dynamic Part-Time Outside Direct Sales Advisor for SMART to work across Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

Job Description:

• Expert in sales presentation both one on one and in large groups

• Expert in same day closing techniques with a proven conversion rate over 40%

• Utilize a variety of web based data systems to update leads, communicate regularly with the sales team, and complete contracts promptly and accurately

Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Exhibit proficiency in presentation and closing techniques
• Communicate with professionalism and tact

• Report sales activity to the manager daily

• Operate independently with strong drive and self-discipline

• Build trust and fulfill promises to member families

• Manage difficult situations with confidence and empathy

• Be willing to drive long commutes to seminar locations

• Maintain reliable transportation, a valid state driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years direct sales experience with proven conversion record

• Presentation experience in small and large groups

• Strong articulation in both verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Able to work with a dynamic and driven sales team
