NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Managing Partner of Operations at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for all aspects of Memorial Park’s Funeral Home and Cemetery operations and most importantly inspiring every member of our team to exceed customer expectations and celebrate their efforts to be the finest funeral and cemetery provider in the greater Tampa area.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead funeral home and cemetery operations
• Drive growth and profitability by ensuring the location attains case volume and revenue goals
• Lead and manage team employees through the embodiment of the company’s core values, mission and goals of the organization

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the funeral and cemetery profession with an understanding of both sales and operations management
• Business acumen and problem-solving/analysis experience
• Leadership and management experience coaching, developing, and leading a team.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
