NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a dynamic Community Service Advisor (Sales) for Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA (Pierce County). Our sales teams redefine how families honor their loved ones by providing guidance, inspiration, and innovation. We don't just sell; we create meaningful experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
• Contact new or existing customers to discuss how our products and services can meet their needs
• Accurately complete paperwork, including interment verification
• Respond to inquiries about pre-need planning products and services
• Confirm and coordinate arrival times for current-day memorial services
• Schedule meetings with clients to review available services
• Explain preneed property, merchandise, and service options to families

Qualifications:

• Strong integrity, empathy, and passion for helping others
• Desire to assist families while earning a competitive income
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience
