Expectations for this role include:

  • Oversee, guide, and support the initial and ongoing training and performance management of the team
  • Facilitate daily meetings to review recent sales and provide coaching, as needed
  • Ensure consistent prospecting efforts, and each advisor meets presentation goals
  • Monitor each sales advisor’s pre-need and at-need referral presentations, offering guidance to refine and perfect these presentations
  • Maintain records of leads, referrals, closing ratios, and post-service follow-up
  • Provide daily reports to Sales Manager on numbers, direction, and unit status

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in Sales
  • 1 year experience in a management or leadership role
  • Proven ability to successfully close sales
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Valid driver's license (driving record included in background)
