NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for an Inside Community Service Advisor at Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego, CA (San Diego County). In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to families, with a primary focus on celebrating life. Our sales team leads with empathy and dedication, offering personalized options for families to honor their loved ones while delivering compassionate service. In this role, responsibilities include:

• Respond to customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability
• Engage with new or existing customers to discuss how our products or services can meet their needs
• Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including interment verification procedures
• Provide information about our products and services for both pre-need planning and at-need arrangements
• Confirm arrival times for current-day memorial services
• Present and explain all available pre-need property, merchandise, and service options to families
