NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker at Chapel of the Chimes Columbarium in Oakland, CA. Our maintenance team tasks pride in Maintaining our grounds with attention to detail and tradition, ensuring every family's unique experience is honored. Responsibilities

• General Facility Maintenance of grounds and funeral home
• Maintain exterior/ interior lighting
• Inspect roof drains regularly
• Assemble and move furniture
• Repair plumbing as needed
• Repair floors as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Must have reliable transportation
• 6+ months of prior experience in maintenance or similar roles

Pay Range $23-$25/HR.
